Wreath Making with Women In Farming – December 6th

A Christmas Wreath Making get-together will be held by our Women In Farming Network at York Auction Centre on Wednesday 6th December.

A social occasion to bring the Network’s members together, plenty of places are available and it promises to be very Christmassy and great fun.

Don’t see yourself as a creative? We will provide you with all the expert tuition and guidance to make something really beautiful and unique for your door.

The price – £40 per person – includes all the materials you need: moss, foliage, ribbons and a selection of decorations in different colour schemes.

Festive drinks and mince pies will also be provided.

The café at York Auction Centre will be open to the public in the evening if you would like something to eat before the event starts.

Women In Farming

More about us

The Women In Farming Network brings together rural women from across the county in the spirit of personal and professional development and support.

The Network was created in 2013 following requests from women living and working on farms and related industries.

The Network holds a rolling programme of events to bring the community together and hosts a private Yorkshire Women In Farming Facebook group of more than 600 members to keep the conversations and support going all year round.

Our annual flagship event is our Autumn Gathering and our 2023 Gathering was a sell-out with 130 rural women enjoying a day of celebration, inspiration and friendship.
