UPDATE: This course is now fully booked. However, to be added to the waiting list for this training day in case of any unexpected late cancellations – or to express your interest in attending a future farming focused first aid training course – please email us at yrsn@yas.co.uk
Farmers can benefit from heavily discounted access to first aid training, thanks to the Yorkshire Agricultural Society.
Our next first aid course, which is specifically tailored for farmers and those working in the forestry sector, will take place at Birchwood Farm, Ripley on Wednesday 21st May, starting at 10am and finishing at 2pm including a 30-minute lunch break at midday.
The course is delivered by the F3A charity, is accredited by the Royal College of Surgeons and will support you to deal with life-threatening incidents and accidents on farm.
Limited places are available on a first come first served basis at just £20 + VAT.
Usually, a place on this course would cost £99 + VAT but the Yorkshire Agricultural Society is funding 80 per cent of the fees with the help of grant funding secured from DEFRA’s Farmer Welfare Fund.
