When a vet arrives on farm they are not only arriving at a business, but also a home. Many farms have been with the same practice for many years and so vets and farmers have often grown their respective businesses together. Bishopton Vet Leanne Forde talks about this privileged position of trust and how she encourages her clients to talk openly and not bottle things up.
