The Future Farmers of Yorkshire are hosting a one-day training session on Wednesday 10th November 2021 to help develop the future leaders in their industry.

This Leadership Training course will help you to develop self-awareness about your leadership style and to understand the impact your style has on others.

You will find out what is it like to be on the other side of ‘you’ and you will learn tools on how to get the best from others through support and challenge.
