This one day training course has been created to enable attendees to recognise the signs and symptoms of many mental health conditions and be confident in providing support and guidance.

Topics include:

• Recognising signs of the most common mental health conditions
• Supporting others to get the help they need
• Creating an action plan for supporting others
• Taking care of your own mental health

Training is followed by 2 years of Aftercare, so you can check your understanding or discuss your experience of supporting others.
