All are welcome at the Women In Farming Network’s Christmas visit to Harewood House on Tuesday 10th December 2024.
This social event is a chance for women who live and work in farming and its allied industries to come together to celebrate the season.
As well as the chance to network with likeminded women, it is a chance to enjoy Mischief at the Mansion, a special exhibition at Harewood House by Studio McGuire.
Davy and Kristin McGuire are multi-award winning, Yorkshire-based, mixed reality artists, internationally renowned for their innovative explorations in immersive art, storytelling and digital projections.
In their latest exhibition, a troop of not-so-angelic cherubs have escaped from the Christmas tree and Harewood House sparkles into life with singing baubles, swirling ceilings and gossiping statues.
Marvel as the House tells you festive tales of bygone times, in an unforgettable experience that will delight visitors of all ages.

Timings and cost
The visit starts at 1pm and finishes with tea and coffee served with mince pies at 3pm.
Places are £20 and include admission and refreshments.
Please note: In addition, a car parking pass is needed when travelling by car to visit the exhibition, priced £5. This must be purchased separately and can pre-booked by calling Harewood House on 0113 218 1000, or can be purchased at the entrance gate to Harewood House, subject to availability.
Harewood House members receive free parking and do not need to book a parking pass. Blue Badge holders can park for free.
The Women In Farming Network was created in 2013 as an initiative of the Yorkshire Rural Support Network at the Yorkshire Agricultural Society, following requests from women living and working on farms and related industries.
The Network holds a rolling programme of events to bring the community together and hosts a private Yorkshire Women In Farming Facebook group of more than 700 members to keep conversations and support going all year round.
