The Yorkshire Agricultural Society invites farmers, landowners, businesses, and organisations to submit expressions of interest to speak at this year’s Innovation Zone at the Great Yorkshire Show, taking place from Tuesday 8th to Friday 11th July 2025.
Through our Farmer Scientist Network, we are looking for passionate, forward-thinking speakers who can share valuable insights and innovative solutions within the agricultural sector.
Morning Tech and Innovation Talks
Talks will take place in the Innovation Zone throughout all four days of the show, with sessions scheduled specifically for Agri-Tech and Innovation each morning.
Our core themes for this year’s Agri-Tech and Innovation sessions include, but are not limited to:
- Mitigating Climate Change
- Adopting New Technology
- Soil Health
- Animal Health and Nutrition
Afternoon Food Farming and Rural Policy and Projects Talks
Through the Yorkshire Food, Farming and Rural Network, we are looking for policy makers and project leads to share their latest insights into the industry with our farming audience, enabling lively discussions and debates.
Talks will take place in the Innovation Zone throughout all four days of the show, with session scheduled specifically for policy in food, farming and rural or projects each afternoon.
Our core themes for this year’s policy and projects sessions include, but not limited to:
- Agri-Energy Solutions
- Future Fuels
- Food Security / Policy
- Rural Resilience /Infrastructure / Economies
