If you answered yes to either of the above, then you may be interested in the brand new Future Farmers of Yorkshire Mentorship Scheme.
Launched at this year’s Great Yorkshire Show and backed by the Yorkshire Agricultural Society, the programme has been designed through industry collaboration and is aimed at Future Farmers of every age and business status.
Initially open to eight mentees for a 12-month pilot period, you will be matched with mentors from within the Future Farmers extensive membership who are experienced in your specific area.

- Support you to evaluate your business aspirations
- Help you build your knowledge and open up new perspectives
- Provide focus, a listening ear and will help you to set goals
- Offer contacts and access to new networks
- Empower you in your decision making
