Backed by the Yorkshire Agricultural Society, the programme has been designed through industry collaboration and is aimed at Future Farmers of every age and business status.
For a 12-month period, you will be matched with mentors from within Future Farmers’ extensive membership who are experienced in your specific area.

- Help you build your knowledge and open up new perspectives
- Provide focus, a listening ear and will help you to set goals
- Offer contacts and access to new networks

Future Farmers of Yorkshire was launched in 2010 to bring together like-minded farmers, vets and industry supporters.
Since then the group has been joined by over 1,000 forward-thinking members, eager to expand their knowledge and excel in their careers. We support them by providing a platform for debate and the sharing of ideas.
